At Krugers Gold, we take great pride in carefully sourcing and accurately describing every antique, collectible, and vintage item we offer. As many of our pieces are unique and often pre-owned, we encourage customers to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review your request and work with you to find a fair solution.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including any original packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of antiques and collectibles, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Items sold as clearance or final sale.
• Custom or specially sourced items.
• Items that have been damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving the matter quickly, please include photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and reflect the refund.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part or because the item arrived damaged, Krugers Gold will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
